System Administrator (m/f/d) in Client Management Permanent position, full-time – Cologne Your tasks 2nd level support (by phone, remotely and on-site) and working in the ticket system The (further) development of group policies, in particular with regard to current security recommendations and standards The software packaging of client software The simplification of administrative activities using scripts (e.g. with Powershell, Batch, Python or similar) Quality assurance of software packages or group policies The administration, configuration and further development of the existing software distribution infrastructure (OPSI) Contributing to the planning, management and support of IT projects and plans (e.g. introduction of Windows 11, introduction of robotic automation) The creation of concepts and installation instructions Your profile You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (or comparable) or an IT degree and have already gained several years of professional experience Ideally, you already have relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MTA, MCSA or MCSE) You work just as well independently as part of a team A good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working characterize you Ideally, you have a class B driving license Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite – English is an advantage Don’t (yet) have all the desired requirements?
