For our Service & Support team in Duisburg we are looking for a IT Service and Support Specialist (m/f/d) What we expect Completed vocational training in IT systems engineering or comparable training Sound knowledge in the areas of application, hardware, network, telephony and ICT service operation Service and solution-oriented way of working, good English skills and team player qualities Knowledge of using a ticket system and experienced customer support Several years of experience in IT support and service Willingness to cover IT service hours from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 20:00 What you can expect First and second level IT support for all European branches as well as support for users in resolving simple faults Preliminary analysis of error messages and questions and initiation of problem solutions, involving other responsible departments if necessary Checking and initiating necessary maintenance and servicing measures Informing users about the correct use of existing systems and tools Evaluating system messages and initiating interim and alternative measures in the event of faults What we offer We are a company with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and a strong customer focus in a special market.
